How to install the plugin and widget
1. Download the plugin or widget above
2. Upload the extracted folder into your plugins directory (wp-content/plugins)
3. Activate the plugin through the plugins page in WordPress
4. Plugin - Go to the settings page, then click on Addynamo
5. Widget - Add the widget to your sidebar, then click on edit to configure
6. Copy and paste your embed code id, width and height into these settings
